What Are Embedded Feedback Forms?
For some time now, ReviewPush has offered hosted feedback pages through our Dashboard. These pages allow you to share a simple link to request feedback from customers. Feedback is listed in your reviews feed, incorporated into reports, and emailed to your employees.
While the simple, hosted pages work very well for social media and other applications, some of our customers wanted a tighter integration with their existing websites. Embedded Feedback Forms allow your website team to simply and easily include a feedback form on any page in your website.
Embedded Feedback forms automatically select the closest business location to the user based on their location. Visitors may also select or search for a different location in order to leave feedback.
Feedback is submitted to the ReviewPush system - no server-side code is needed on your website, so it will work on simple or complex websites. If you have access to add a page and edit the source, you can easily embed a Feedback form.

Rating system is optional and customizable. Demo sites show stars, as well as sentiment selection (Compliment, Suggestion, Complaint).
